The technical background for higher maximum usable capacities with CompuRAM upgrades is explained in our blog post ‘Maximise the maximum?’.

  • This system is subject to special guidelines regarding the installation of additional memory upgrades. Please review your manual before placing an order, or contact our sales team. We are pleased to provide you with a compliant configuration
  • The system has 4 channels per CPU with each 3 slots
  • Do not install memory modules into memory slots if corresponding processor is not installed.
  • The memory slots of each CPU should be populated identically
  • Dual processor configurations with memory modules installed for only one processor is not supported
  • Unbuffered, Registered and LRDIMM modules must not be mixed
  • Each memory channel can not support more than two Unbuffered or two quad-rank modules
  • Each memory channel can, however, three quad-rank LRDIMM be used
