  • The system has 3 channels per CPU with each 8 slots total
  • channel 0 and 1 with 3 slots, channel 2 with 2 slots
  • The systems bus frequency clocks down to 1066MHz when using 2 DIMM per channel, and to 800MHz when using 3 modules
  • The system clocks to a maximum of 1066MHz when using one quad-rank module per channel, and to a maximum of 800MHz when using two modules
  • Low voltage 1.35V modules will run at 1.5V in Systems with Intel XEON 55xx series processors.
