If your first order has a higher value, we offer various options for you to receive your goods fast and conveniently:

• Choose one of the offered payment options for your online order.
• Open acustomer account before or during your check out process.
  We will then manually grant higher limits.
• Order your goods through classical channels e.g. via PDF, fax, regular mail etc.).
• Feel free to get in touch with us for individual solutions.

You will always receive an invoice that contains all legally relevant information, such as VAT or VAT ID.

When completing your online order, you will be redirected - SSL secured - to the PayPal website where you can authorize the payment as usual.

Moreover, during check out process, you can choose the option \'Checkout with PayPal\'. You will then be directed to the PayPal payment page without having to enter the address data again.

You may pay with PayPal QR-Code when collecting your goods from our warehouse.

When ordering online or collecting your goods from our warehouse, you can pay with MASTERCARD or VISA credit card.
For online payments, your credit card must support a 3D Secure procedure - SecureCode Mastercard or Verified by Visa.

Credit card payments are directly and compliant with common security standards transferred and processed through the systems of the payment provider Lyra. CompuRAM itself does not store or process any data related to your credit card on its servers.

After processing by our team, we will send the Order Confirmation including precise bank and payment details by e-mail.

Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment to our shipping department.

You may pay with your Girocard (Debitcard, EC-Karte) when collecting your goods from our warehouse.
